TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bruvz.co.za and any purchase made through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. WHO WE ARE

Bruvz Clothing (Pty) Ltd ("Bruvz", "we", "us", "our") is a South African company selling clothing and custom printing services via this website. For any queries: hello@bruvz.co.za

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

• You must be 18 or older to create an account and make purchases.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy at the listed price. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred. You will be notified and fully refunded.
• Payment is processed by PayFast. We do not store your card details. PayFast's terms apply to payment processing.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.

4. SHIPPING

• We ship across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for standard delivery.
• Free standard shipping on orders over R500.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
• Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items and custom/printed items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 are unaffected by these terms.

6. B COINS LOYALTY PROGRAMME

• B COINS are earned on eligible purchases (currently 10 coins per R100 spent).
• 1000 B COINS may be redeemed for R100 off a future order.
• B COINS have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the B COINS programme with 30 days' notice.
• B COINS expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

7. CUSTOM PRINT SERVICES

• By submitting artwork, you confirm you hold the rights to that artwork and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property.
• We reserve the right to refuse printing of offensive, illegal or copyright-infringing material.
• Custom printed orders are non-returnable unless the print is defective.
• Turnaround times quoted are estimates and may vary based on workload.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including the Bruvz logo, designs, photographs, text and code — is owned by Bruvz Clothing (Pty) Ltd and protected by South African and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false reviews or impersonate others
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the site without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our software

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Bruvz Clothing's liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the site is limited to the value of your most recent order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. Applicable legislation includes the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and POPIA.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
